UNDERWATER WORKS
Nowadays, by a joint effort of UMA and our partners, we render the following services :
- Underwater survey
full inspection of hull, sea chests, propeller and rudder
- CTV-online video monitoring
ship's Administration can watch the progress of works in real time; special attention to separate areas may be paid on request; also photo/video report will be submitted to Customer after inspection is finished
- Cleaning of hull (including sea chests and rudder)
- Measurement of clearances of lower/upper pintle bushes and tail shaft wear down clearance
- Polishing of propeller (A-grade)
Temporary repairs and accompanying works:
- Rope Removals
- Sealing of stern tube glands
- Blanking of sea chests
- Underwater welding
- Patching or insertion
- Cropping of damaged propeller blades
- Anode installation
Modern "CAVIBLASTER" equipment
is applied for cleaning/polishing
